Privacy Policy

Curtox AI (“Curtox,” “we,” “us”) is a Seattle, Washington business that installs back-office automation for small businesses. This policy describes how we handle information collected through curtox.ai and through the conversations you start with us. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which take precedence for anything they cover.

Information you send us. When you start a conversation, you choose what to share: typically your name, business name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. It reaches us as ordinary email and we treat it as confidential.

Usage analytics. We use privacy-focused, aggregated analytics to understand which pages are visited and where visitors come from. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build cross-site profiles of visitors.

Correspondence. If we exchange emails or texts, we keep that correspondence so we have context for working together.

We use the information above to reply to you, evaluate whether we are a fit, deliver services you engage us for, and improve the site. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use the contents of your messages or your business data to train AI models.

When we install automation for your business, the work runs inside accounts you own: your email, your invoicing, your booking and file systems. Access is granted by you, scoped to the engagement, and revocable by you at any time. The details, including confidentiality and data handling, are set out in the services agreement we sign before work begins.

We use a small number of service providers to operate, such as website hosting and email. They process information only as needed to provide those services. Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship, and we delete it on request where we are not required to keep it. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@curtox.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and reputable, security-reviewed providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take the duty seriously.

The site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
